I followed all the mod install guides as best as I could, I installed Darn UI using OBMM (couldn't figure out how to make it work with Wrye Bash), OCO with NMM (as per the creator's instructions), and everything else with Wrye Bash.

UPDATE: I reset my install directory, new download from Steam, and new installs of the mods, everything is done through Wrye Bash with the exception of Darn UI (still through OBMM), I also added Oblivion Stutter Remover.
